1996 Jaguar XJ6 4.0L Power Tilt Wheel
Car came in with power tilt wheel not going up. It will work in all the other directions. Tested old position switch and found all positions had correct ohms except the up position (according to ALLDATA). Up position calls for 220 ohms, both old and new had 27...
