1999 Audi A4 2.8L Head Lamp Washers
Head lamp washers are inoperative By-pass wiper/washer intermittent relay and give headlamp washer motor power, and it operates. Check power on pin #15 ok, and pin#13 ok w/ key on. Pin#17 has good ground. I suspected the wiper/washer intermittent relay was no ...
