1999 Volkswagen Jetta GLS 2.0L Everything powered by the Central Locking Module
Vehicle starts if power is applied to fuse 14 with key in crank position but power windows, locks, interior lights, starting system all inop. Pulled connectors out of Central Locking Module and short disappeared. Isolated short to Red/blue wire in connector T2...
