2002 Land Rover Range Rover HSE 4.6L No Start, no MIL koeo
The vehicle came from another shop withn the right front
kick panel removed and the inertia switch exposed.
Supposedly the customer hit a bump in the road and the
vehicle stalled and became a crank no start.
