1995 Saab 900 S 2.3L MIL Lamp on
Car arrived with codes for lean cond. and ect signal. Verified ect O.L., replaced ect and thermostat. Smoke check intake, all O.K. threw P0171 again after t/drive and hot restart. Car claims OBDII compliance but generic scan tools can't communicate and TechII ...
