1995 Volvo 960 2.9L Poor Idle Quality
We have a 95 Volvo 960 with a 3.0 which starts up normal but within 30 seconds starts to surge. It is running to lean until the engine slightly warms up(2 minutes or so). The temp sensor ohms just fine and there are no codes in the system. We have cleaned the ...
