
1994 BMW 318i 1.8L No Start
Have confirmed a failing DME (ECM) due to water damage but need to know if I'll have to program new part and if so, can I do it with a Baum scan tool? Dealer was very unhelpful and said they didn't know if it had to be programmed. Have read a few similar posts...
