1999 Land Rover Discovery Series II 4.0L MIL Lamp on
this vehicle has a code for canister vent solenoid blockage,according to mitchell.i have checked the solenoid by physically jumping it to the battery and seems to function properly.i have power with key [...],i can't figure how to force the [...] my scan tool ...
