2002 Saab 9-5 Arc 3.0L No Start
We just got this Saab in to check in the AM. Customer says it will crank over with the starter but will not fire up.I confirmed that much but do not have a Saab scanner or software.A generic scanner shows no codes but when it does act up....you turn the key to...
