1999 Saab 9-5 2.3L Hesitation, Surge
Customer originally complained of surging at intermittent times, both at idle and at highway speeds. Test drove and scanned for dtc's. Could not duplicate the conditioin. P0132 was stored. Customer took the vehicle to Saab and was told they could not duplicate...
