1985 Volkswagen Vanagon GL 1.9L Excessive Emissions, Poor Idle Quality, Poor Fuel Economy
Vehicle came in chugging black smoke. I checked the the
coolant sensor, ohmed all the injectors, ohmed the air flow
meter. the meter was out of specs and when I unhooked the
meter and took it completely off the engine the car ran
better.
