Engine will not idle. Runs decent off idle. Carb was supposedly rebuilt. Ignition dwell and timing are OK. Sparkplugs are new. Engine is blowing blue smoke. Fuel pump is delivering clean fuel to carb. Low tech car has high tech techs stumped. Any help would be...
