1998 Volkswagen Passat GLS 1.8L No Start, MIL Lamp on
Vehicle was towed in with a crank no start symptom.
Checked PCM for codes, code P1602, low voltage. Charged
battery and this code was cleared. Also code 17746 bank 1
cam position sensor, G163 open circuit/short with power.
