1999 Saab 9-5 SE 3.0L Excessive Emissions, Poor Idle Quality, MIL Lamp on, low power
Car came in for MIL on, poor idle, low power & hard starting. Pulled codes P0300 & P1300, replaced plugs & air filter. When the car is accelerated under no load, the rubber duct from the intercooler to the throttle body will suck itself shut. I removed the duc...
