1999 Volkswagen Passat GLS 1.8L Surge, Stall, MIL Lamp on, RPMS HUNTS UP N DOW
techs need some help.. i towed car and replaced battery.. it had a surge problem and stall.. codes for throttle actuator problem.. found rad-hose was binding diaphram lever by throttle..still has surge at part throttle in bay and stall driving..any ideas or ex...
