2000 Volvo V40 1.9L MIL Lamp on
Replaced exhaust cam reset valve, but MIL comes on. Cleared code, but returns after 5 minutes driving. Car passes Ca. smog however check engine light comes on again. Tryomg to get smog. cert. (annual test). Our PDA scanner shows 9.7 volts at valve connection, ...
