2003 Mini Cooper S 1.6L Cranks will not run
Car was towed in, will crank fine but will not run. Found the dme power relay was not being grounded by the pcm. No fault codes in the theft system. Was able to bypass relay and power up all circuits affected but still will not run. No spark or injector pu...
