I have this 2003 new beetle 1.8 turbo, it runs fine on the highway. 12 to 1800 rpms at idle. very lean at idle 25% short trim and 25% long trim. pinching the pcv hose helped a lot. replaced pcv valve assy,and new vacuum tee at intake manifold. this did not cha...
