2006 Saab 9-5 2.3t 2.3L No OBD-2 Commo
This car failed the Massachusetts sticker inspection. All OBD-2 monitors have run successfully, but the state testing equipment can't get an engine RPM value out of this thing, When we cable up our SAAB Tech 2, RPM and all other T7 values show up on the screen...
