1999 Volkswagen Golf GLS 2.0L MIL Lamp on
Car came in with complaint of Check Engine Light On. Engine runs but I am unable to communicate with any modules. I have tried 3 scan tools. Not finding any help on Alldata. I have battery power on DCL pins 1, 16 and 7. Ground on 4 and 5.
