2000 Volvo S80 2.9 2.9L No Start
Vehicle was towed in for a no start. Customer says if the battery is disconnected and reconnected the vehicle will start. Right off I noticed no CEL. Attempted to scan with VIDA. No communication with ECM. Attempted with pocket scanner. No communication with E...
