
1996 Saab 900 SE Turbo 2.0L Excessive Emissions, Poor Fuel Economy, MIL Lamp on
This car initially had a lean code that comes and goes. The
oxygen sensor is not switching according to the ecu. 3
upstream oxygen sensors all do not switch properly and
mostly sits at .49v.
