1999 Volvo S70 2.4L No Start
I have a 1999 Volvo S70 that was towed in for a no start problem. Put on a fuel pressure gauge and when I turn the key on it has fuel pressure and starts mometarilly and the fuel pressure goes to zero. Then no fuel pressure unless you wait with the key off for...
