2001 Volkswagen Jetta GLS 1.8L MIL Lamp on
Customer brought the vehicle in witgh MIL on showing P0411. Secondary air motor will not turn on on cold start, I can command it on and it blows good stream of air, tested all solenoids and valves. all tests were run with ECT well within the enabling condition...
