1998 Volkswagen Jetta Wolfsburg Edition 2.0L MIL Lamp on
This car has 10.34 volts @ the #2 pin were it should have 5v reference? I've checked for shorted wires none found .removed pin 44 @ pcm green/white and i've got 10+ volts @ pcm. tried another pcm same thing!Has any of you vw techs seen this before?
