2000 Jaguar S-Type 3.0L No Start
Towed in no start, no fuel pressure at test port, check power to fuel pump, has battery voltage when key is on, ground side of pump, get ground signal during cranking just for flash, then goes open. Pump has two plastic fuel lines connecting to it. Unable to g...
