2006 Volkswagen Rabbit 2.5 2.5L MIL Lamp on
vehicle keeps popping code PO411. i am able to activate pump with scanner, I feel slight air draw from intake air port. I know there should be a good suction coming from the intake air tube.., but the problem is the pump will not come on when vehicle is cold.....
