2000 Saab 9-3 SE 2.0L Poor Idle Quality, MIL Lamp on
Replaced plugs to correct P1312. The P0171 reoccured along with P1654 fuel pump relay intermittant coil circut. No obvoius leaks, checked intake gasket with ether. There is some idle speed increase using propane in the intake hose but too much stalls it, respe...
