2003 Saab 9-3 SE 2.0L Water in Pump
The Secondary Air Pump has gone bad because of water in the system. The air filter is damp, and there are small puddles of water in the a/f housing. Obviously water is getting into the a/f intake. Somewhere, I remember reading about a TSB concerning this probl...
