2000 Saab 9-5 2.3t 2.3L MIL Lamp on,
This saab will not connect with my tech2 with the latest saab cartridge,it has no communication with the pcm,when i hook up my snap on modis,it will connect under generic obd2 and it will read the codes and show data,i checked all the fuses and all ok,not sure...
