1994 Jaguar XJS 4.0L MIL Lamp on
Customer presented car with CEL on code 17 [...] that car sometimes has long crank,but starts. Some times it will start on the 2nd or 3rd [...] that it runs good on road . TPS had no glitches BUT I looked at TPS during cranking and it would drop out down to 0 ...
