
1999 Volvo S70 2.4L No Start
No trigger voltage to 31b of the fuel pump relay. Jump the relay and the car runs fine. Must be bad ECU. Can't think of what could cause the ECU to not power the fuel pump relay if when you jump the relay the car runs fine. No codes. I don't believe a used ECU...
