2001 Saab 9-5 SE 3.0L Fan stays on
I've replaced the DICE module and fan relays. Checked all wiring and appears to be good. Low speed fan continues to run with key out. When viewing data with Tech2 low speed fan relay is on when ECT has not reached threshold.
