1990 Volvo 240 DL 2.3L Poor Idle Quality
Came in surging and not idling good,fixed somevacume leaks,cleaned out fire tram and hoses,checked plugs, and found pump in tank not running at all,pinched off return fuel line and idles good,external pump when bad,replaced with new air tex and still want idle...
