91 bmw 525i surging at idle and running [...] was replaced with a used [...] one had two coil drivers [...] problem is that ecm doesn"t ground o2 sensor relay,therefore o2 is not working signal stay at .70volts and o2 heater is not [...] wiring has been checke...
