1990 Land Rover Range Rover 3.9L No Start
This Range Rover was towed in with a crank, but no-start condition. I checked for spark and it had at least 2KV. I can hear the fuel pump come on when the key is turned on. I pulled a plug and it was wet with fuel. It had a code 29- ECM memory check. I followe...
