2003 Volkswagen Golf GTI VR6 2.8L No Start
Vehicle was towed in with a no start condition. Beginning testing found s164 fuse link blown, this feeds the cooling fan itself, no other curcuit that I can tell. Even with a new fuse link installed there is still a no start condition. Started checking the fus...
