2003 Saab 9-5 Linear 2.3L No Start
this one is kinda weird. this vehicle has a no start condition. when the ignition switch is turned to the ON postition there is a buzzing noise under the dash that sounds like morse code, the boost guage jumps aound, and the check engine light(no codes stored)...
