2002 Volkswagen Passat GLS 1.8L MIL Lamp on
02 beetle that check engine light will not go out . no codes pending are currant in memory. have disc connected battery touched pos. and neg. together light still on . car came in no start , found blown fuse and #2 coil pack burnt up. oil in spark plug tubes ....
