i have the 03 jetta that keeps popping the mil with a p1338 cmp code and lacks power,i am not getting a cam sig with the scope, the pattern goes to batt v on the sig/ref wire at the sensor koer. is there in fact supposed to be batt v on the middle wire cuz i h...
