2001 Volvo S40 1.9L MIL Lamp on
I got a Volvo that will not fix. Trying to get this thing to pass inspection but has code 28 fuel intergrator. I checked iatn, not a car i normally work on, that lead me to replace o2 sensors, check for vacuum leaks found bad regulator leaking fuel(replaced). ...
