1999 Volkswagen Cabrio 2.0L No Start
I have a 1999 Volkswagon Cabrio. I cannot find how the computer determines why it should turn on the fuel pump relay while cranking so the vehicle will start. I bypass the relay and the vehicle will run. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.
