1996 Volkswagen Jetta 1.9L No Start, NO COMMUNICATION
Not too familiar with these diesel's, so I need a little
help, Car cranks over fine, glow plugs getting power, I
can't see any fuel flowing through the clear fuel lines.
Also I cant get any communication with my Snap ON Modis.
