1999 Saab 9-5 2.3L No communication
Car will not pass NYS inspection due to no communication from OBDII connector. Can communicate with all bus systems using Tech 2. Have tried 3 different OBDII scan tools and all don't communicate. The rest of this post is for hardcore Saab techs. I have scoure...
