1999 Volvo S80 T6 2.8L Surge
this car surges while driving 2 or 3 times only when cold,the electronic throttle control module was recently replaced by volvo dealer ,customer thinks this started after that and took back to volvo they say since there are no codes they dont know whats wrong ...
