1983 Volvo 242 DL 2.1L Poor Idle Quality, high idle
I have a 83 240 wagon that idles at 3000rpm. as soon as you turn on the key, the air valve slams open allowing too much air and high idle. never slows down. i can pinch off hose from valve and control idle speed. obviously, i have power to air valve. my proble...
