1996 Volkswagen Passat GLS 2.0L Not Ready
This car has come to my shop for the last few years, and
every time, it has failed the smog test coming up not
ready. I have personally driven this car a few times on my
standard hiway loop that I have used on many not ready cars
to no avail.
