2004 Volkswagen Jetta GLS 1.8L No Start, MIL Lamp on
Car was towed in with complaint of no throttle response. Initially it was crank no start. I noticed there was no MIL. Left the key on and went to get the laptop. When I returned the MIL was on and the ECM did communicate with many stored faults including P0688...
