1999 Volkswagen Passat GLS 1.8L Surge, Cuts out, Misfire
This car was towed in. It had the center intake valve bent on all cyl. The timing chain tensioner in the head broke and the intake cam was two teeth off. Replaced valves and all was well in the stall. When you drive it it acts like it has a rev limiter at 2800...
