1999 Volkswagen Passat GLS 1.8L No communication
Vehicle came in because a Smog Check could not be performed due to no communication at the DLC. PCM will communicate with my scanner only with KOEO. Codes, Data, etc. Start the engine up and communication drops out. Scanner stays powered up but I get a "No Com...
